Every single piece of turkey prosciutto is unique, which is why the weight varies. Typically, our packs range from about 300g to 600g. Smaller cuts are a bit smokier and firmer, while the larger ones are softer and slightly less salty. We can deliver it as a whole piece or pre-sliced, it's up to you! Just a heads-up: if you choose it sliced, the shelf life is much shorter, only a few days.
