Ordering guide
Since everything is handmade using traditional methods, each piece of prosciutto is unique and one of a kind.
Each package is unique and may vary in weight from around 300g to about 600g. Some contain one larger piece, others two smaller ones — but whichever you choose, the quality and taste are never in question.
When placing an order, you can choose between three package sizes:
SMALL approx. 300g
MEDIUM approx. 500g
LARGE approx. 600g

How to pick the perfect piece for you?
We believe every piece of prosciutto has its destiny, just waiting to find its soulmate, but it needs a little help! When ordering, feel free to leave us a note about what you prefer.
Smaller cuts are a bit smokier and firmer, while the larger ones stay a bit softer.
For us, hand-slicing is a ritual and a true labor of love, something we’d never outsource, but we know some of you love getting your Pršutica finely sliced. If that’s you, just let us know! Just a quick heads-up: sliced prosciutto has a much shorter shelf life, only a few days.
