Pršutica at a wine salon? You bet! Anyone who’s ever paired turkey prosciutto with a fine glass of wine knows exactly what kind of “game of tastes” we’re talking about. So it’s no surprise we found ourselves at one of the most prestigious events in this part of the world which for nearly two decades has been bringing together renowned European wineries and true wine connoisseurs.
We’re talking, of course, about the Belgrade Wine Salon held from December 7th to 9th at the Hyatt Hotel.
We had a great time, met some truly wonderful people, and perhaps even sparked some new collaborations that we’ll be telling you about soon. Until the next salon, just so you know: in Pršutica, there is truth.
